These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of newevolutionmovers.com (the “Site”) and your engagement of moving, packing, and storage services from New Evolution Movers (“New Evolution Movers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking a move, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

New Evolution Movers is a household-goods moving company. We own our trucks and employ our own crew directly; we do not broker, subcontract, or reassign your move to another carrier. Services include local and long-distance moving, packing, loading and unloading, short-term storage, and specialty item handling such as pianos and safes, as described on the Site or in your written quote.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through the Site are estimates based on the information you provide about your move, including inventory, access, and distance. Final charges are confirmed in writing before move day. Hourly moves are billed at the rate and minimum stated in your quote; flat-rate moves are billed at the fixed amount stated in your quote, provided the scope of the move matches what was described when the quote was prepared. Material changes to inventory, access, or scope discovered on move day (such as a significantly larger load, stairs or long carries not previously disclosed, or additional stops) may result in an adjusted charge, which we will communicate before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Move dates are confirmed when scheduled with our office. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can release your crew and truck for other customers. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of your move unless other arrangements have been confirmed in writing with our office in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Valuation and Liability

Unless you select and pay for full-value protection, your shipment is covered under released-value protection at $0.60 per pound per article, the minimum valuation required for household goods moves. Full-value protection, where available, is offered for approximately 1-3% of your shipment’s declared value and covers repair, replacement, or the current cash value of lost or damaged items. New Evolution Movers carries $1M in cargo coverage on every move. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within approximately 9 months of your move date; please contact our office as soon as possible after noticing any issue.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide an accurate description of your inventory, home access, and any specialty items when requesting a quote
• Disclose any items of unusual or high value before move day so appropriate valuation can be arranged
• Ensure someone authorized to accept delivery is present at both the pickup and delivery locations
• Advise us of any building requirements, such as certificates of insurance, elevator reservations, or parking restrictions, in advance of move day

Storage Services

Short-term storage is billed monthly as described in your quote. Items in storage remain covered under the valuation option selected for your move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Storage fees are due on the schedule confirmed at the time storage begins.

Website Use

The content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of New Evolution Movers or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. The Site is provided “as is,” and while we work to keep information accurate, pricing and availability described on the Site are subject to confirmation with our office.

Limitation of Liability

Except as set out under Valuation and Liability above, New Evolution Movers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from moving services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms may be revised periodically, and the “Last updated” date above shows when that last happened. If you continue using the Site or booking services with us after a revision goes live, that use counts as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
